Conference Registration
The full Conference/Convention registration fee is $160. Registration includes all sessions, exhibits, the Saturday luncheon, Saturday evening banquet, Sunday morning awards breakfast, and the Sunday business meeting.
The full registration deadline is September 4, 2026. After that date, meals will not be available with registration, so please register using day passes.
Day Passes
If you are not purchasing the full $160 registration, day passes are available for $20 per day. Day passes include exhibits, workshops, and the Sunday morning business meeting.

Individual Meals
Individual meals are $40 each and are available through September 4, 2026.

Friday Tours
Both tours are limited to the first 34 respondents.
Tour 1: USS Lexington
The accessible USS Lexington tour includes the flight deck and hangar. The tour departs at 8:30 a.m. Transportation and lunch in the hospitality suite are included.

Tour 2: Texas State Aquarium
The Texas State Aquarium tour departs at 9:30 a.m. Transportation is included. Lunch will be served in the hospitality suite after returning to the hotel.

Activities
La Casa By the Sea Game
Friday from 8:00 to 11:00 p.m. Enjoy a tactile game similar to bingo with fun and prizes.

Accessible Trivia Tournament Night
Accessible Trivia Tournament Night will be held Friday evening beginning at 8:00 p.m.
Cost: $15
Saturday Craft Class
Make one or two sparkling beaded Christmas decorations for your tree, as gifts, or for your home. The fee includes all supplies.
Cost: $5

Tickets for Drawing
Drawing tickets are $10 each. Tickets are available even if you are not attending the conference.
The drawing is for either a pair of second-generation Oakley MetaSmart audio descriptive eyeglasses compatible with iPhone and Android applications, valued at $500, or an Omaha Steaks meat package valued at $350.
