          American Council of the Blind of Texas, Inc.


WHEREAS, the Holiday Inn Tower and Suites has provided
excellent service,comfortable accommodations, courteous staff,
and delicious meals for the convention of the American Council of
the Blind of Texas, Inc.:

BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED by the American Council of the
Blind of Texas, Inc., assembled in meeting this fifteenth day of
September, 2002 in the City of Lubbock, Texas, that we express
our deepest gratitude for  your hospitality and professionalism.

Unanimously approved.
