          American Council of the Blind of Texas, Inc.


WHEREAS, the South Plains Council of the Blind has done an
exemplary job in hosting the 2002 ACBT convention with
educational,informative, and inspirational speakers and
presentations, arrangements for special interest
groups,candidate forum, great food,wonderful entertainment,
and friendly helpful volunteers:

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the American Council of the
Blind of Texas, Inc., assembled in meeting this fifteenth day of
September, 2002 in Lubbock, Texas, that we commend and
appreciate their dedicated effort in a job well done.
